TapKirayə ("we", "our") is a rental marketplace platform in Azerbaijan. This policy explains how your data is collected, used, and protected through our mobile app and website (tapkiraye.az).

Your data is securely stored on Supabase (EU-West-1 region) with industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and row-level security (RLS).
Our app may request access to your camera and photo library for listing and profile photos. Photos are uploaded only for purposes you select. We do not access your photos without your permission.

We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
You can delete your account at any time. In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your listings, favorites, reviews, and personal data are permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
Our services are not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
