By using TapKirayə, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

TapKirayə is an online marketplace for short-term item rentals in Azerbaijan. We provide a platform connecting renters and owners. TapKirayə is not a party to rental agreements.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to post listings
You must provide accurate and current information
You are responsible for your account security
You must be at least 18 years old

3. User Obligations

When using the platform, you must:

Post only accurate listing information
Not list illegal or prohibited items
Treat other users with respect
Not post spam, fake listings, or misleading content
Not share others' personal information without consent
Not attempt to compromise platform security

4. Listing Rules

Listings must be for rental purposes only
Photos must be real and match the listing
Prices must be accurately stated
Prohibited categories: weapons, drugs, stolen goods, drones

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts in the following cases:

Violation of these terms
Fraudulent or misleading listings
User complaints
Legal requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

TapKirayə is a connection platform between users. We:

Do not guarantee the quality of rental transactions
Are not responsible for disputes between users
Do not verify the accuracy of listings
Do not accept liability for financial losses

Rental transactions are the users' own responsibility. We recommend inspecting items in person before renting.

7. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or delete accounts for violations of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
